Conservation Report – Ryan Cullen
IDFG and IBN already have structures done and a planting date set (April 27); we would need a different date for ant structures we make. We will be looking at making 45 - 50 structures to plant. We need to try and fins poly pipe, cement and cinder blocks or landscaping buckets. If we can't get any donated, it was voted to spend up to $1000 on the structure pant.

Idfg wants to plant trees and bushes along the shore in the Bruneau arm of C.J. Strike.

TBF wants members / clubs to send in xonservation article or concerns. We might want to send in an article about how the TIBF and IDFG work together.

Communication Report- Steve Day
Steve's services are $100 a year to maintain websites.

Tournament Report – Tarry Gibson
Need to fix locks, marker lights, vent and registration on tournament trailer.

2018 TIBF qualifier apps are also available. The first qualifier is Saturday, May 12, Sunday May 13, 2018 at Owyhee  Reservoir. We have most of the permits now. Getting a few Qualifier entries in already. The pre-tournament meeting will be held in the grass by the camp hosts.

Question was asked about Friday pre-fish on Milner. We decided it was too late to change for 2018, but it will be considered for 2019.

Still seeking second tournament director for qualifiers please contact Tammy Shuyler if interested.

Loren Torok was 1st for NW and Shannon Wadas was 2nd at the TBF Finals at Bull Shoals. Loren will be fishing the BFL tournament. Voted to give him $500 to help with costs.

Old Business:
A discussion was held on selling the motor bands for less if someone wanted over 50 bands; it was voted down due to TIBF just spending money on the motor bands.

New Business:
We need to get the current sponsor pictures on the website.

Dry Creek jerseys were handed out to TIBF board members.
