Bass Federation (TIBF) meeting Minutes Thursday, December 16, 2010 7:00pm.
The TIBF November monthly
meeting was brought to order 4:40pm. at Western Marine, Nampa, Idaho. Those in
attendance were: Bruce Flesher,
President; Tammy Shuyler, Secretary-Treasurer; Steve Day-Communications and
SRBM; Tom Horrace-SRBM; Roger Shelltran-SRBM; Brian Ashton-IBM; (phone)Brandon

Jones(Absent)-Bruce advised that planning needs to commence for 2011 Cascade
Structure plant. TIBF has 600’

announced the formation of Idaho Ultimate Team fishing with a championship
scheduled for October 29, 2011.
Teams can qualify by fishing TIBF Qualifiers, Open Tournaments
(preapproved. There will be added
$50 per team per tournament which will go into a pool. This event will benefit both TIBF and
IBFN. Rules will be posted on TIBF
website in near future.
and Jill Tournament-Organization and management of the tournament is now
done by TIBF State Team. Proceeds
from tournament will benefit the State Team. This years event is scheduled for June
11, free fishing day. Permit
application has been submitted.
TIBF Officer Election results- President-Bruce Flesher; Vice President-Brandon
Craner; Secretary-Treasurer-Tammy Shuyler.

Nationals-April 12-17, 2011 in Kingman,
Representatives-Boater-Brandon Craner, Non-Boater-Don Boeger
Walleye Federation newly formed.
Will be affiliated with TIBF and remain under the umbrella of TIBF.
Member clubs will register direct with TBF.
Division NW Division Championship-Idaho will sponsor event the end of May
or first part of June. It will be a
three day tournament. Suggested
locations are Lake Lowell,
Nampa; Dworshak Reservoir, Orofino;
Couer’dAlene; CJ Strike, Mountain Home.
Bruce is contacting each city to speak with them regarding their
interest in supporting the event and also identifying facilities. Input is sought from TIBF clubs and as
in the past, clubs will be asked to volunteer and assist in the planning
of this event.
Sportsman Show-March 3-6, 2011 at Expo Building, Boise. TIBF will participate as in the past
manning the REEL Kids fishing booth.
Member clubs will be manning time slots. Volunteers are being sought for seminar
presentations as well. Contact
