President Gary Keith called the regular membership of the Idaho State B.A. S. S federation to order at 7:45 P.M. at Tri State Marine.  The minutes from the February 17, 2005 were read and passed.




Report from the treasure was read and motion made to accept and passed.


YOUTH REPORT:                          SCYLER:       Not there so no report was made                                 

CONSERVATION REPORT:        Mike:                    Not there so no report was made


COMMUNICATION REPORT:    News letter person (Tami) from Payette has NOT be in contact with anyone, Bruce gave Karen Tami cell # and phone # Karen tried during the meeting to contact her, Karen left message and she did not reply.  Bruce will try after the meeting to see if he can get a commitment about her doing the newsletter.


Karen did mention if no satisfaction from her that she and Gary would put one together.


TOURNAMENT REPORT:    Bruce mentioned the clean up day at Owyhee went great a good turn out and the food was enjoyed by all that attended.  Bruce will get with someone he knows that did take pictures there and he will share them with us and possibly place them on the WEB page.



Old Business:                 CAST Report The CAST the was held at the Sports show in Garden City was a huge success and everyone was happy with the event.  2 Brothers from the Magic Valley area won it. 


2006 Divisional Bruce has an upcoming meeting with the Nampa Chamber of commerce March the 25th to go over some of the plans for the 2006 Divisionals to be held at Lake Lowell. 


Bruce and Gary are making sure that the Alliance packages are in order.

Boat Motor Bands more are needed with the various big tournaments coming more are going to be needed in the state.
