IDAHO B.A.S.S FEDERATION
November 18, 2004
President J.C. Worthen called the regular membership of the Idaho State B.A. S. S federation to order at 7:45 P.M. at the Tri State Marine.† There were 14 representatives.
The minutes from the October 21, 2004 were read and passed.
Report from the treasure was read and motion made to accept and passed.
YOUTH REPORT:† †††† Scyler: Really stressed that each of the clubs of the state needs to get their casting for kids put together.† He also mentioned at Outdoor Sports Show that our booth have some raffle and additional ways to help the youth out with money so there would be more available when the events come in the summer for them to attend.† Right now there is an Outdoor shows set up at Karcher Mall for March 3-6.
CONSERVATION REPORT:††††††† Mike:† The next day for the plant structure will be on November 20.† They will meet at TV Marine and pour concrete and then go out to C. J. Strike and get these put in the water with the assistance of Fish and Game.† This should go fairly quick because Mike does have all of the material needed to put them together.†
Docks are available from Anderson to be put in at C. J.† This will take a rather large crew of people.† There are at least 20 to be moved.† No set time has been established with weather changing rapidly we more than likely canít get to it before spring.†

Old Business:†††††† Reminder that the state Federation Banquet will be on January 22, 2005 at the Caldwell Elks Club.†† Don Cochran mentioned that he would make an effort to attend this.
2006 Divisional- Dusty said that it is going well that the federation doesnít have to pay for the dinner as previously thought.
At this time planning for the 3rd week of May which will be very good.†
By Law revisions read over and passed and this will need to go to BASS for their approval and then it will be placed on the Web Page and placed in the book of information for the Idaho State BASS.
J. C. gave us three choices for the banquet food to be catered.† It will still be at the Caldwell Elkís Lodge but well needed a caterer.†
Tickets will be made and distributed at the December meeting for the club representatives to sell also a list of sponsors so they have theirs mailed to them.
J. C. opened the nominations for the up coming year federation officers.

New Business:†††† Dusty brought a proposal for the state to take to all club members for federation qualifiers.† This is for entry fee to be $90 basic fee for all participants.† After discussion it was voted to take information to the clubs and then bring back feedback at the December meeting.†
Steve mentioned that Mike Marsh from Payette club was badly burned and is in burn center in Oregon.† Federation did say that we would send a card.
Election of the 2005 officers took place.
