The regular membership of the Idaho State B.A.S.S. Federation was called to order by President J.C. Worthen at at the Tri State Marine. There were 11 officers, representatives and guests present.
The minutes of September 2003 were approved as written.
TREASURY REPORT: The Treasury report was approved.
INTRODUCTIONS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Scyler Hill reported That Youth divisionals need to be held. Currently only
Mike Lembke reported that he has found artificial structure called fish condos that are 29” and weigh about 9 lbs. That can be purchased for 4 for $50. He is looking for a project to incorporate these.
Mike has talked with Will Wagnin, the Canadian Federation President. They are working with Shimano to develop a system of weighing fish in water eliminating some of the stress on the fish.

a water flow issue on the
Qualifiers will be over for South Oct. 18. Results will be posted soon after and the Team named.
