Attendance- Tammy Shuyler, Scott Lepka, Steve Day, Tarry Gibson, Ryan Cullens, Chris Adams, James Brandt

Treasurer Report- Bobbie Littlefield
General account-$3438, Qualifier account-$3066, Youth account-$410
26 members

Youth report- Chris Adams
-Youth received $300 donation from Gary Ashire family and $200 from IBM.
-All youth permits are good.
-Youth Championship tournaments are setup on TBF so that kids can sign up online.
-If youth championship attendance is low, may combine HS and Youth on Cascade.

Conservation Report – Ryan Cullen
-IDFG gave a report on tracking project at IBN Banquet, TIBF banquet will get similar report.
-New Ideas for conservation projects: planting willows or trees along shore for largemouth  structure, work with IBN on their scheduled C.J. Strike structure plant.
-We will look at conservation funds after the banquet.

Communication Report- Steve Day
 -Banquet Tickets have arrived! Please RSVP with Bobbie Littlefield for your tickets by February 20th 2018., 208-921-9286 text/call
-Add banquet poster to website.
Review TIBF Facebook page; decided to leave it as it is.

Tournament Report – Tarry
-2018 TIBF rule revisions discussed; will be posted on website soon.
-Reviewed the 2018 Semi-Final flow chart; it will be posted soon.

Old Business
Note:  We will have a February TIBF meeting before the banquet on Feb. 14 at Canyon Marine
-The 2018 TIBF Banquet will be held February 24, at the Meridian Senior Center.
-John Burrows has announced Ish Monroe to be our guest speaker for the banquet, also TBF president Robert Cartlidge will attend and speak.
-2018 banquet will be catered by Smoky Davis
-Waiting for confirmation from the Curb mobile bar.
-Major Raffle Items: winners choice: Fortrex trolling motor, Hummingbird graph or Lowrance graph
-Need to call TBF to get graph from Lowrance
-Need major raffle tickets printed (Steve)
-Raffle guna are purchased, need 200  raffle tickets printed for each (Steve)
-Looking for donations for silent auction items from sponsors and clubs.
-Megan Warren finished banquet poster
-Look at buying some raffle items ($250 - $400) from new TBF sponsor TH Marine.

New Business
-Teleconference calls will be discontinued due to lack of participation.
-Tammy will contact Brad Perkins about 2018 National Finals Jerseys.
-Motor bands are going to be lengthened by the lady that made them originally; cost is $2.00 each.
-Idaho Power now has an on-line reservation system for their parks and picnic gazebos.
