    • Nampa Press Tribune recently reported on Lake Lowell carp problem. It will be another 2 years before carp removal project can be fit into the Fish & Game budget. Communication Report -Steve Day
    • Steve has updated website for all current sponsors including Lowrance, MinnKota and Humminbird. Per Tammy, we have signed contracts with all three with reporting requirements. The first deadline for reporting is July 1. All requirements mirror each other including news/media posts, electronic counts, pictures with a respective banner at TIBF events with exception that Lowrance also wants a 3-5 minute video done by Idaho about using the Lowrance products. Tammy is seeking volunteer(s) to make the video.

    • TIBF members have free ad space available on website.

Tournament Report -Eddie Garcia
    • Eddie advised that the May tournament at Owyhee went well. He has some new ideas for the Brownlee Qualifiers upcoming in August 27-28. He suggested some equipment changes including new weigh sink/table incorporating the new mesh Accu Cull weigh-bags, back-up scales in addition to our current scale (dried out our scale and is now working) and a top five leader board. Tammy will order weigh slips. Eddie also would like to have a generator backup in case of scales batter failure. He has ordered a power supply cord for current scale. He also suggested that we add a big fish to non-boater side and $100 option Boaters, $50 non-boaters. These could be discussed for 2017 season. Will likely add Big Fish for Co-Angler at Brownlee tournaments.
    • American Northwest Outdoors tournaments was cancelled and will hopefully be back next year.
    • National travel funds: Discussion tabled pending additional time to research how funds will be gathered and disbursed now that both State Qualifier fisherman and club fisherman are able to fish Semi-Finals to compete at Nationals.
