The Idaho Bass Federation (TIBF) March Meeting Minutes The TIBF monthly meeting was brought to order 7:00pm. March 18, 2015, at J/H Marine and Sales, Nampa, Idaho. Those in attendance were: Davanh Sengsourinho/President-Idaho Bassmasters; Tammy Shuyler-Secretary/Treasurer-Idaho Bassmasters; Scyler Hill/Vice President-Magic Valley Bassmasters; Steve Day/Communications-Snake River Bassmasters; James Brandt-Mountain Home Hawg Hunters; Scott Lepka-Mountain Home Hawg Hunters; Bill Kriner-Snake River Bassmasters.

Secretary-Treasurer Report-Tammy Shuyler
    • Treasurer Report
    • $1800 transferred from General Account to Youth Account for 2015 Youth budget expenditures including travel
    • 257 active members

Youth Report-Brian Ashton not present
    • No report

Conservation Report-Jason Fuller
    • Jason is seeking feedback and ideas for 2015 conservatio project(s). Current ideas are structure plant,Lake Lowellbass transplant and trash pickup. Jason is contacting Joe at Fish and Game to discuss planning projects. It was also suggested to contact Idaho Bass Nation to coordinate working together on conservation projects.
    • Letters are needed for the Owyhee Reservoir – Indian Creek launch ramp area project.

Communication Report-Steve Day
    • The East Qualifier applications are on the website.
    • Steve Day is offering to TIBF member clubs to create and maintain club websites. Annual cost $100. Steve will be sending out his annual invoices for his services.
    • Members can go to TIBF website for all updates and information.
    • TIBF members have free ad space available on website.

Tournament Report-Davanh Sengsourinho
    • All Qualifiers have been scheduled and on website.
    • Brandon and Scyler questionable attending MT Divisionals. Entries need to be submitted by May 12. Need to consider alternates.
    • Soldier Appreciation Tournament date is pending.
    • Steve Vining letter regarding BBB weigh-in at CJ Strike reviewed.

Old Business:
    • Need North Qualifier info..
    • 2015 TIBF/TBF/FLW Dues-TIBF member clubs are responsible for collection from individual members. Once collected, club secretary-treasurer will sign online at to create an invoice.     • 2016 Banquet planning. Date will be Feb. 20. New location is being researched.

New Business:
    • TIBF Paid $100 from Survivor Fund benefits to Terry Petty following the passing of Cheryl Petty.
