    • $180 added for share cost of John Murray airfare (motel/airfare shared between TIBF and Canyon Marine).
    • Banquet sustained net loss of$283.79. It was determined that without the donations from Minkota-Humminbird, and smaller raffle overall, resulted in lower raffle ticket purchases which drives fundraising.
    • TIBF also purchased the major raffle prize (traeger grill $303) which in past has been one of the Minkota-Humminbird donations.
    • National advises that States will only receive the Minkota-Humminbird donations once they have met the requirements for submitting photos/write-ups with the banners at State level TIBF events. TIBF will be following those submissions this year for June, 2016, deadline and the November 2016 deadline. Davanh has all the program applications.
    • There are banners which can be disbursed to respective member clubs for events and photos to be taken. All clubs are asked to take photos and submit to the Board in preparation to apply by the deadlines.

Youth Report -Brian Ashton
    • State Youth 2016 Championships-Location will be Lake Lowell July 10. Unable to combine for TIBF and IBFN on same weekend due to IBN/TIBF rule conflicts. Chris Adams, IBN Youth Director, has been very helpful in efforts to coordinate Youth events.

Kyler has option to fish HS Nationals individually. Tammy pointed out there are funds available up to $500 each for travel expense.

Conservation Report -Jason Fuller
    • The Board is seeking suggestions for a 2016 conservation project. Some suggestions were garbage pickup. A previous suggestion in preparation of Lake Lowell undergo the carp kill off, that bass be transported to other water bodies. However, it is not yet determined when it will occur due to budgeting constraints.
