Youth report- Chris Adams
Youth May event update:  Chris advises about 5 High school teams and 1 youth team to date that want to fish the May championship at CJ Strike Res. Gage warren is looking for a partner. Chris will be sending out notices to recruit additional HS and youth anglers. Youth and High School will be qualifying for National events as follows: 
National HS championship is at Pickwick Lake, Alabama, June 24-30, 2018.
Junior World Championship, Hot Springs, Arkansas. August 9-11, 2018

Steve's services are $100 a year to maintain websites.

Tournament Report – Tarry Gibson
2018 TIBF open application is out and all entries are due no later than Wednesday, March 28, 2018 by 8 PM. Boat draw will take place Thursday, March 29th 4PM at Canyon Marine Nampa. To download apps go to www.idahobassfed.com. TIBF needs volunteers to help at the Idaho TBF Open at Brownlee Res. March 31, 2018.
2018 TIBF qualifier apps are also available. The first qualifier is Saturday, May 12, Sunday May 13, 2018 at Owyhee  Res.
Still seeking second tournament director for qualifiers please contact Tammy Shuyler if interested.
Loren Torok and Shannon Wadas are ready to fish the TBF Finals at Bull Shoals in April! Good luck guys.

2018 TIBF Banquet Report:
Gun raffle = $2190 sold in raffle tickets, cost of guns $1202 , $988 made towards 2018 travel funds.
Major Raffle= $525.00
General raffle=$1205.00
Silent Auction=$1580.00
Live Auction=$3275.00
Banquet tickets=$3080.00
Thank you to everyone who attended and helped out! Also thank you to all our sponsors, locally and nationally, as well as all of the contributors who donations for fundraising.
Motor band extension project: Project nearly complete. Bobbie issued check for $420.00 for completed bands.

New Business:
Lowrance program update:  16 VIP Lowrance discounts available now for State qualifier winners who qualified through the TIBF. Please contact Tammy if interested and remember your 2018 TBF dues must be active.
2018 Budget allocations: TIBF has voted to allocate the following in travel monies for 2018
$1000.00 for the qualifying youth team
$100.00 for the qualifying High School team
$1250.00 for National finals qualifier for 2017 Boater
$625.00 for National finals qualifier 2017 Co-Angler
we will round up the balance currently in the Youth account to $1000.00
Payment of $420.00 issued for completed motor bands extensions
Conservation budget pending future report.
