Old Business

  • TIBF Procedure Manual is now complete by Bruce.  It is a work in progress and can be updated as needed.  A suggestion was made that each member club should retain a copy for reference.
  • 2013 Banquet planning update-Steve Day will order the Banquet tickets.  All information will be same as last banquet.  Banquet date is February 16, 2013, and will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn, Boise, same location as 2012.  John Burrow, Canyon Marine, continues to research a Guest Speaker option. TIBF is now seeking donations for the Banquet auction, silent auction and raffles.
  • ISCAC-Bruce is asking for a volunteer to attend the State Wide Meetings held by ISCAC.  This group is extremely beneficial to protecting Idaho’s Hunting and Fishing Rights  and TIBF is a member.  The meetings are held first Wednesday monthly commencing October-February.  Steve Day volunteered to attend with Tom Horrace as an alternate if Steve is unavailable.
  • IMX7 fishing rods remain available to members with their 2013 TBF/FLW dues renewal.  Once a member renews online, an updated club member list is available for each member club reflecting those that have renewed online.
  • 2013 TIBF Officers-No additional nominations presented.  A Motion, Seconded and Approved to vote in the following members for 2013 Officers:

President: Davahn Sensourghino

Vice-President: Scyler Hill

Secretary/Treasurer: Tammy Shuyler

New Business

  • Motor Bands-Discussion and vote held that TIBF will make available Competitor Motor Bands as the past source is no longer available.  Steve Day provided detail costs (Thank You Steve!) of purchasing various materials and required printing costs needed to construct the bands. Based on a $4.78 cost, a Motion was made, Seconded and Approved to purchase material and construct the banners on an experimental basis.  Banners will be made available to Idaho clubs as well as out-of-state clubs for purchase.  If this project is economically viable as a profit source for TIBF, it will become a permanent project.

Meeting adjourned 8:30 p.m.
