Old Business

  • Member dues renewal incentive-Bruce has learned the incentive no longer available.  However, membership renewal deadline is December 31 and all club efforts to submit renewals by deadline will be appreciated.   A motion was made and approved to eliminate the $5.00 late fee.
  • Banquet proceeds:  Bruce is seeking feedback from clubs regarding the banquet proceeds.  How shall we split the proceeds:  Youth, Conservation or State Team?   IBM voted to allocate funds from Banquet to State Team. IBA voted to allow no more than 10% of banquet proceeds allocated to State Team.  Another plan is to hold a State Team fundraising tournament perhaps the day following IBM Snow Bowl but IBM not willing to relinquish Snow Bowl.  They would allow TIBF to take over the Jack N Jill Tournament.  Still discussion to hold tournament imbedded with the IBM Snow Bowl.  Discussion tabled with Bruce seeking additional club input.
